In my time as a Product Specialist at Multiplica consultant agency, I was responsible for the Plan Seguro Insurance company account. We had a working relationship for around 2 years. We could achieve exciting projects regarding their insurance agent's necessities and new approaches with their consumers. I helped create new digital processes transformation, everything aligned with their business objectives, real problems, and achievable phases in alive products, services, and experiences.
